captain’s log, spirogyra (1971) °

 

peu de gens se souviendront de lui ou
de son groupe spirogyra : martin neil
cockerham. en 1971, il a sorti l’album
sombre et unique « st. radigunds » avec
steve borrill, julian cusack et barbara
gaskin. sa musique touchante, pleine
de désespoir et d’espoir nostalgique
a fondée un nouveau genre musical, le
folk psychédélique. ses chansons sont
toujours restées inspirées et inoubliables °°

gaskin das düstere album « st. radigunds »
heraus. seine musik voller verzweiflung
und hoffnungsvoller sehnsucht haben
ein neues musikgenre begründet, den
psychodelic-folk. für mich blieben seine
songs stets inspirierend und unvergessen °°
